Happy New Year!

This time of year, the trend is to write a Year in Review post. For all the amazing things that happened in 2019 (starting to teach at The Kubert School, a successful Kickstarter campaign with Claire Connelly, and the launch of Forgotten Home through comiXology Originals with Marika Cresta, Matt Emmons, Cardinal Rae, and Natasha Alterici to name a few), I’m going to focus on looking forward…to the FUTURE!

This new year is already filled with some projects I can’t announce yet, but here are two that I can:

Forgotten Home is back this month with issue 4, and things get pretty harrowing for Lorraine, Joanna, and the whole world of Jannada. You can pick it up on ComiXology through ComiXology Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, or Prime Reading.

And if you’re waiting for the print edition, the Forgotten Home trade paperback will be available through Amazon this Summer with a cover by the amazing Bill Sienkiewicz

The Silver Spurs of Oz is out next month from Capstone Publishing. I’m very excited about this book because 1. it’s my first published all ages book and 2. The Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite stories. You can pre-order it here, and I’ll have copies at conventions this year.

There are some work for hire projects and new creator owned projects planned for 2020, so stay tuned for those. With luck, you’ll see the announcements during the year or at SDCC and NYCC.

As always, you can pick up some of the amazing (if I do say so myself) books I’ve written in the shop like the trade paperback of Twelve Devils Dancing (drawn by Dave Acosta and with a cover by the incredible Bill Sienkiewicz), the trade paperback of Xena: Mind Games (drawn by Vicente Cifuentes), and classics like M3 (with co-creator/artist Vicente Alcázar).

And if you’re in New Jersey on January 25th, join me and loads of other amazing creators for Garden State Comic Fest
